Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping: We offer free delivery on all orders over $100 (before tax) within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). All deliveries are made in accordance with the details provided at the time of purchase.

Ownership of Goods: Title to all merchandise and goods invoiced by Szamra Group Facility Services remains with us until full payment has been received and processed.

Service Charges: A service charge of 2% per month (24% per annum) will apply to all overdue accounts.

Returns and Refunds: Returns are accepted at our discretion and must be pre-approved in writing. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Invoice Discrepancies: Any discrepancies or objections related to pricing or invoice details must be submitted in writing within two (2) business days of receipt of the invoice. After this period, all prices and terms stated shall be considered final and binding.
